Psalm 119:28, Amplified Bible

“My soul dissolves because of grief; Renew and strengthen me according to [the promises of] Your word.”

Lord let my faith ring true for You In both the darkest days

And those that are bright and wonderful too.

Let me look to You when I am happy

And let me find the strength to get up and follow You When I am hurting too.

Lord let me look to You

And remember You are the God who

Gives and takes away

And all that is within Your hands

Is a part of Your much greater plan.

Lord let me follow You In all I say and do

And to let go of those things

Where there’s nothing more I can do..

Help me to move forward unhampered

That I may follow You .

Lord remove the heartaches that stand in the way,

I pray ,

And when it’s not in Your will to do so

Help me to seek You with each new day.

Lord let me follow You No matter what stands in the way .

Let me lay my hearts desires away

And trust that one day I will see what it is You want for me .

Renew my faith and joy that’s mine.

That my life may be more complete

And others again can see You working within me
