Grief and Loss

Romans 12:15, ESV
"Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep."

Something every person will face in life is the loss of someone they love. If we haven’t faced it yet, we’ve likely walked alongside friends or family members who have. When these moments come—whether we’re grieving ourselves or watching someone else walk through loss—how should we respond? How do we find comfort, and how can we offer it to others?

What does the Bible say about these difficult circumstances? And how can we demonstrate the love of Christ to those hurting around us?

Join us as we explore the topic of loss. We’ll hear and read firsthand testimonies from individuals who have experienced loss from different points of view. We’ll also explore biblical truth on the topic to see what the Lord says, and we’ll discuss practical ways we can support others as they walk through grief.
