1 John 2:18, New Living Standard

“Dear children, the last hour is here. You have heard that the Antichrist is coming, and already many such antichrists have appeared. From this we know that the last hour has come.”

“There is only one way.” That maybe a movie line someone wrote such as a superhero movie that is not about Jesus or His gospel, but if God can use a donkey to speak, surely He can speak through each one, including believers and nonbelievers. If we seek the Lord, we can find His presence and His inspiration everywhere. Anyway… back to the subject.

“There is only one way.” It was a line of a character from the 2018 movie “Avengers Infinity War” after the character looked at 14,000,605 possible futures and found that there was only one which ended in victory. However, this is the answer that I perceive:

“Jesus told him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.’” (John 14:6, NLT)

“Salvation exists in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12, BSB)

From the beginning to the end, there are many more possibilities than 14,000,605 according to man’s knowledge and understanding, but there is only one is from God – the absolute answer and solution to victory – Jesus. There is only one Way and Jesus is the Way. The Way to Truth, to Life, and have Salvation. Simply because He is who He is, He is the way, the truth, and the life. Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus, who is the stone the builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone. (Acts 4:11)  

The world would like for you to believe there are other ways, ways to live a satisfying life, ways to redeem the past, ways to reach victory, maybe even ways to have everlasting life and become equal to God. But what is the truth? Do you seek and seriously search for it like you seek the treasure of life? I want to tell you, the deceiver of the world, the weakness and wickedness of your flesh, and principalities of the air - the devil who is the liar and murderer, would very willingly give you a false answer if you are not sincerely to look for and search for what is truth! (Proverbs 2:3-5)
